The chairman of the County Council (CJ) Satu Mare, Pataki Csaba, signed, on Monday, the financing contracts for two new European projects, worth 4.2 million euros, informs the institution on Facebook.
According to the cited source, "Green Cross-Border Region" is a project worth 2.4 million euros that will invest in the production of energy from renewable sources to reduce the operating costs of the institutions subordinated to the Satu Mare County Council and will feasibility studies should be developed in this regard.
Through the second project, "Strengthening intercultural relations through the development of cultural institutions in Satu Mare County and Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg County - CultuRO-HUb", carried out in partnership with the City Hall of Satu Mare, the exterior of the Philharmonic building will be rehabilitated "Dinu Lipatti"."The County Council will equip the institution with new musical instruments, lighting equipment, stage installations, sound system, digital scores and IT equipment. The project has a value of 1.8 million euros," the quoted source states.
The projects benefit from a financing of 80% from European funds (ERDF), 18% from the Government of Romania, and 2% will be the contribution of the County Council.
