Thousands of people gathered on Thursday in front of the Parliament Palace, where the Constitutional Court of Romania operates, to demand a reexamination of the decision that annulled the first round of the presidential election, informs Agerpres.
The protesters followed an appeal posted by former presidential candidate Calin Georgescu on the social networks under the name "MareaUnireJuridica" [TheGreatJuridicalUnion]. The lawyers of the presidential candidate will also file a challenge with the Constitutional Court.
Some of the people present are dressed in traditional costumes and wave the tricolor flag.
