Organised by the National Institute of Heritage and the Village Museum, the exhibition aims to "illustrate the personality of the legendary sovereign, the one who continues to give us lessons about beauty, diplomacy, sacrifice, courage, patriotism," INP said on Friday.
The exhibition brings together some of Queen Marie's editio princeps books with one of them having her autograph.
Also on display will be the queen consort's snuffbox, a monogrammed pencil, a portrait in pen from her engagement, photographs, postcards, advertisements, stamps, medals. The exhibition is rounded up by previously unpublished photographs, documents, watercolors and representative graphic works of Queen Marie.
