Romania men's national handball team was defeated by the Norwegian team with a score of 37-25 (19-14) on Thursday evening, in Castellon, in the international tournament in Spain, according to the website of the Norwegian Handball Federation.
Magnus Soendenae, Mario Matic, Kent Robin Toennesen, William Aar and August Pedersen scored 5 goals each for the Scandinavians.
Daniel Stanciuc, Demis Grigoras and Calin Dedu stood out from the tricolors, with 7 goals each.
Norway thus obtained its second victory in the group, after 33-29 versus Egypt on Wednesday.
Romania will play on Friday versus Egypt in Castellon.
