The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks closed lower on Monday, on trades of RON 82.033 million (EUR16.484 million).
The most traded stocks were Banca Transilvania, with RON 16.338 million in trades, followed by OMV Petrom, which generated trades worth RON 4.632 million, and Fondul Deschis de Investiţii ETF BET Patria-Tradeville, with trades of RON 1.043 million.
The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks declined 0.08% to 16,913.68 points, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks went down 0.09%.
The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks fell by 0.12%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, was up 0.16%.
The BET-FI index of financial intermediation stocks decreased by 0.23%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, decreased by 0.09%.
The BET AeRO index of 20 AeRO leading companies was down 0.48%.
According to BVB, the top three risers were Sinteza (+14.93%), Condmag (+11.11%) and Societatea de Constructii Napoca (+10.77%).
On the other hand, the top three fallers were Electroaparataj (-11.76%), UAMT (-7.41%) and Artego (-4.17%).
